No visible scratches or cosmetic blemishes at arm's length. Looks brand new out of the box. All front and rear IO ports pristine with zero oxidation.
Minor hairline scuffs on outer chassis panels not visible from a standard desk viewing distance. 100% functional interior, repasted, stress-tested.
Moderate surface scratches or small paint chips on the exterior metal/plastic casing. Internal hardware is identical in performance, stability, and warranty coverage to Grade A.
Standard Warranty Terms (3-Month Refurbished Coverage)
1. What is Covered
Our standard warranty covers all hardware failures occurring during normal operation, including processor defects, motherboard capacitor or chipset failures, power supply voltage drop, memory bit faults, and solid-state drive controller failure.
2. Replacement & Repair Turnaround
Upon receipt of defective hardware at our Delhi service facility, our technicians inspect and diagnose within 48 business hours. If unrepairable, an identical or higher-spec replacement component is dispatched free of shipping charge.
3. Exclusions
Physical trauma, liquid spillage, intentional tampering with the serialized QC sticker, lightning or high-voltage surge without surge protection, and unauthorized customer desoldering or BIOS modifications void the warranty.
