When you register an account, configure a custom PC, or complete a hardware order, we collect your name, email address, physical shipping address, phone number, and transaction identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers or banking passwords on our local servers; payments are processed securely via RBI-licensed gateway partners (Cashfree) or direct bank settlement.
2. How Information is Used
We use your information exclusively to fulfill physical hardware orders, verify serialized inventory unit allocations, dispatch SMS and WhatsApp shipping updates, generate tax invoices, and process warranty claims under RMA protocols.
3. Data Security
All sensitive communications are encrypted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Session credentials and customer passwords use salted Argon2/Bcrypt cryptographic hashing.
